Wedding Ceremony Decorations

If the ceremony sets the tone of the wedding then the decorations help set the style for the ceremony. When you visualize your wedding, chances are you imagine a beautiful church or dramatic scenery outside. That's where the wedding ceremony decorations come in. The amount and lavishness of the decorations will depend largely on the ceremony site.  A spectacular church with stained glass windows, rich, deep wood and elegant candelabras will require little decoration. Other churches are simpler and may require an extra decorative touch. Think about the time of year and the day of your wedding. If you're having a Christmas wedding the church may already be decorated for the holidays. While candles add a romantic touch to an evening wedding ceremony they may not be necessary during the afternoon when there's plenty of daylight. TIP :: The Romance of Tulle

Has your florist offered to make pew bows for your ceremony?  Why not save a little cash and make them yourself - from tulle. Simply tie a length of tulle into a bow, leaving lots of extra on the end to drape down to the floor.  Or, if you would like to make it a bit more fancy, use a bow maker (sold at most craft stores), or add some gold or other colored ribbon in the middle or outside of the tulle to give your bow more shape. Giving out bubbles or seeds at your ceremony for your guests to throw or blow at you?  Spice these little tidbits up with some tulle!  Cut small squares of tulle, wrap them around the bubbles, or place the seeds inside, and tie a small ribbon at the top.
