I had the pleasure to coordinate a wedding at the Westin St Louis Hotel located at 8th and Spruce Streets in the heart of downtown.

This location has high reviews on service and the urban atmosphere makes one feel like it is a boutique hotel, but with full amenities.  The Promenade Ballroom has a unique glass entrance that can flow with candles as guests walk in.  The pre-function room is a great open space perfect for the cocktail hour before the wedding reception and includes a grand piano.  The ballroom has an immediate feeling of warmth with so many lighting options to choose from.
Cupples Ballroom for a Wedding Ceremony
The Cupples Ballroom overlooks a courtyard and is great for a ceremony or reception.  The capacity for a reception is 150 guests.  General amenities include wedding night suite AND the couple's anniversary, special linens, complimentary parking, and even a wedding website.

My favorite room for rehearsal dinners or intimate special events is the 9th and Spruce room which holds up to 100 guests.  The room is free of any artwork or design which gives the couple free reign on decor.

This site is open to all couples and all faiths and has an elopement package available.

How Formal Is Your Wedding?

The formal bridal party consists of four to twelve attendants; a maid or matron of honor, the best man, bridesmaids, one usher for every fifty guests, one or two flower girls, and a ring bearer.
